Who we are
VapeBargains (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK vape deals and comparison website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use vapebargains.co.uk, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

The data we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Usage and device data — pages visited, time on site, referring site, approximate location (from IP), browser and device type, collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Information you give us directly — if you contact us or submit a deal, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content).
- Affiliate click data — when you click an outbound deal link, our affiliate network partners may record that the click came from VapeBargains so any resulting purchase can be attributed to us. We do not receive your name or payment details from these purchases.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and the site is intended only for adults.

Who we share data with
We don’t sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers who help us run the site, including:
- Affiliate networks — e.g. Awin, and other networks whose links appear on the site, which set their own tracking cookies (see Cookie Policy).
- Analytics providers — we don’t currently use third-party analytics services on the site.
- Google reCAPTCHA — our Contact form is protected from spam and abuse by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects limited hardware, software and usage data and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Hosting and security providers — our web host and Cloudflare (CDN/security).
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy regulations) are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you send us (e.g. enquiries or deal submissions) only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, get in touch via our Contact form.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113 — though we’d appreciate the chance to resolve any concern first.
